About The Chef:

Leonel was Executive Chef of Ferrantellis Dana Point for 7 years. He also honed his technique at places like St. Regis and Canaletto's by Il Fornaio. His most recent venture was Exectuive Chef of Ti Amo in Laguna Beach.

Leonel describes himself as a modern chef, with old school technique and hand-crafted specialties. His love for Italian and Mexican cuisine can be seen in his menus and exquisite platings. Every dish has a depth of flavor unlike anything you will ever taste.
