We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony, reception, and/or rehearsal dinner, including our breathtaking outdoor evergreen amphitheater, lush secret gardens, and expansive 25,000 sq. ft. twilight meadow from our twilight collection.

The Evergreen Amphitheater

Beyond a paved brick pathway lies our breathtaking tiered Evergreen Amphitheater, embraced by rolling hills and lush greenery—a truly unforgettable setting to say ‘“I do.” Seats up to 600 guests. This is one of two exquisite ceremony spaces available at Bella Collina.

The Bella Overlook - Indoor Space

On your wedding day, our Bella Overlook is exclusively yours! With three stunning spaces branching from the Grande Róse lobby, it offers one elegant indoor option for cocktail hour and reception.

THE BELLA BOARDROOM Utilized for a buffet service. If a plated dinner is desired, then this room can be re-purposed for any other wedding activity such as: kids room, game room, bridal suite, etc. With direct access to The Grand Ballroom and The Grand Rosé, this room can be transformed to complete your dream.

THE BELLA VISTA Sliding walls and surrounding windows give this room the perfect indoor-outdoor feel. A built-in bar and fireplace provide the ideal location for cocktail hour. Also includes The Bella Vista Balcony.

THE GRAND BELLA BALLROOM With windows throughout our ballroom, views of our golf course can be seen from any seat in the room. Comfortably holding up to 200 guests, it is the perfect location for your reception. Also includes The Grand Bella Balcony.

THE SEECRET GARDENS Bella Collina San Tucked within the grounds of Bella Collina, the Secret Gardens is an intimate, flower-lined haven — serene, secluded, and rich with charm. It’s a space where romance feels effortless and every moment feels hidden away from the world.

Wedding Coordination

On your event day, the role of your Coordinator is to ensure that your event plans are carried out smoothly and to discretely handle any problems that may arise. They are the liaison with the venue, catering department, vendors, and family. They pull the puzzle pieces together.

With a capable Coordinator watching over the details of your day, you can enjoy all the special moments with your family and friends without stressing. Not only should you want to relax on your wedding day, those closest to you should as well!
